Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Membership is available to physicians and nonphysicians in the health care field. Applications for membership must be submitted with a reference letter from a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons along with the $50 application fee, a copy of the applicant’s current license, and/or a copy of the applicant’s current certification. Annual dues will be required the following year after acceptance for continued membership and benefits.
