National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers

Helping You Help Others

The NAPBC is here to help your facility deliver high-quality care for breast disease that’s available today. We set standards, provide quality measures, offer participation in clinical trials, and more. That includes professional education and patient advocacy along with benchmark comparisons.

Find an NAPBC-Accredited Center

Accreditation by the NAPBC is granted only to those centers that are voluntarily committed to providing the best possible care to patients with diseases of the breast. Each breast center must undergo a rigorous evaluation and review of its performance and compliance with NAPBC Standards. To maintain accreditation, centers must monitor compliance with NAPBC Standards to ensure quality care, and undergo an onsite review every 3 years.

Patient Education

The Your Breast Cancer Surgery Program gives patients tools and support to help prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for surgery.

What Accreditation Means

Our brochure informs patients about what accreditation means and showcases your commitment to providing the best in breast and cancer care.
