The Finance Committee has general supervision and direction of the College’s financial affairs under the Board of Regents. It has the power to invest the funds of the College; to sell, transfer, and convey any securities and property, other than real estate, of the College; and to execute necessary and proper instruments of transfer and conveyance. The Finance Committee designates the depositories in which the money and securities of the College are deposited, supervises, and directs the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and reports at least once a year to the Regents and Fellows concerning the financial condition of the College, and has the books and accounts of the College annually audited by a licensed firm of Certified Public Accountants who reports to the Board of Regents.
