A block of rooms has been secured at the host hotel for the 2025 ACS Cancer Conference with special discounted rates for conference attendees.

The cutoff date to receive the special group rate is Monday, February 10, 2025.

Note: The room block will be open to general attendees until this date, after which guest room reservations can be made based on availability and at the prevailing rate.

Early Departure Fee

Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee of $50.00. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Note the following:

• Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• One night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file for late cancellations and no shows.
• Room availability is limited on March 11, so if you are planning to attend one of the workshops on March 12, we recommend that you plan to arrive that morning. All workshops begin at 1:00 pm.
