With only about 4 weeks left before the start of Clinical Congress, now is the time to start building a customized schedule and earmarking sessions and activities you don’t want to miss. With hundreds of sessions available in the comprehensive program, planning your agenda in advance will help you stay organized and get the most out of your Clinical Congress experience.
The Interactive Program Planner is an online tool that allows you to view all educational sessions and stay up to date on the latest programming. You can browse by various categories to locate relevant educational sessions for your onsite experience.
If you’re already registered for Clinical Congress, add your login information at the top right.
- Once you’re signed in, you can search for sessions and “browse by” day, session modality, session type, track, state regulatory mandates, thematic session, and more.
- The “Presenter Filter” also is available to search for a presenter by name.
- You can narrow your search results using the additional filter options along the left-side menu.
- Select “Add to My Playlist” on the right when you see a session that you want to save.
- To view your playlist, click “My Playlist” at the top right of the screen in the Clinical Congress banner.
You then can print your itinerary, export it to a calendar, and import education credit data into a credit cart. Also, as you add sessions and events to your personal agenda, the selections automatically will transfer to your agenda in the mobile app (see below).
Clinical Congress App
Enhance your onsite meeting experience with up-to-the-minute program details and exhibitor information with the Clinical Congress 2024 mobile app—expected to be available 1 week before the meeting.
The user-friendly app, which will sync with the Interactive Program Planner and Clinical Congress Virtual Platform, will include a variety of scheduling tools and meeting resources:
- Complete event schedule
- Directory for finding and networking with attendees and speakers
- Tool for planning your schedule
- Maps of the Moscone Center
- Information about the exhibitors, including their products, services, and booth locations
- Shuttle bus routes, schedules, and bus tracker
- CME details
Even after the meeting, the app can be your go-to resource for:
- Revisiting education and exhibits
- Continuing to connect with faculty and attendees across all specialties
- Accessing handouts and submitting your session evaluations
