Resource Portal & Reports Focus Groups

Open call for interviews at QSC24

Open Call for Interviews at QSC24

Please visit the Resource Portal & Reports Focus Groups table at the 2024 ACS Quality and Safety Conference. The American College of Surgeons invites you to participate in 15-minute Focus Groups about the Resource Portal and Reports for ACS NSQIP, NSQIP Pediatric, and MBSAQIP.

You will sit for a 15-minute interview at the Resource Portal & Reports Focus Groups table at the Quality and Safety Conference, July 18–21, 2024. Sign up at the link above and choose a 15-minute time slot. The table will be at Terrace Level, Bluebird Ballroom Foyer. Once you reach the Bluebird Ballroom Foyer, simply look for the sign "Resource Portal & Reports Focus Groups." We will have a laptop and monitor set up. If you have any questions, contact Liz Stiles at lstiles@facs.org.

What to Expect

The format will be conversational. Feel free to speak candidly, as we show a mockup of the existing portal and a mockup of the potential future portal. The goal is to elicit feedback to uncover what reports are being used most often and how, determine ways to improve the ease of navigation of the Resource Portal, make it more intuitive and user-friendly, and gain feedback on the highest value potential changes.
