Missouri Chapter of the American College of Surgeons was chartered in 1967 in order to promote fellowship among Missouri surgeons with the common goal of elevating the standards of surgical practice; to provide a medium to exchange information of common interest; to provide a forum for members to influence young surgeons and surgeons in training on matters of patient care and ethics of practice; to offer collective and individual members' assistance to other groups attempting to enhance the health of the community; to focus community attention on national College programs concerning trauma, cancer, patient education, and socio-economic issues; and to participate in socioeconomic activities at the state and federal levels.
Membership in the American College of Surgeons does include automatic enrollment in the local chapter. Please contact the individual listed below to learn more about how to join your chapter today!
