The Chapter Guidebook is an important resource for chapter leaders to effectively manage their chapters and successfully fulfill their mandates.
The content of the guidebook represents best practices of chapter administration and leadership gathered from the observations and experiences of ACS chapters as well as from research of general best practices within the chapter services industry.
While much of this guidebook contains general information that chapters can use to build leadership structures, programs, products and services that fit the needs of their chapter there are specific components of this guidebook that discuss ACS requirements and these are specifically noted.
