ACS Colleague Connection

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) offers Colleague Connection, an opportunity for surgeons to seek guidance and support from trained Fellows who have experience in patient care, practice management, education, wellness, and other areas related to surgical practice.

Through Colleague Connection, you will be matched with a surgeon who provides a listening ear in a completely confidential and safe conversation. The connection is intended to be a one- to two-session exchange to discuss a particular problem, provide advice on an issue, and/or offer additional direction.

Matches are made within 48 hours of submission. All matches are confidential and non-binding. At this time, Colleague Connection is only available to surgeons practicing in the United States.
