Each month, the College presents a Clinical Congress 2023 Video-Based Education Session via Zoom, with the original moderators and authors of that session answering real-time questions from the audience.

The April webinar is for Foregut Surgery and will take place 6:00–7:00 pm CT on Tuesday, April 30. Attendees will gain familiarity with various surgical operations and conditions to help them identify areas where they might explore further training to improve skills and patient outcomes.

Presentations topics include:

  • Robotic Transabdominal Repair of Recurrent Giant Hiatal Hernia in a Patient with Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass
  • Laparoscopic Duodenoduodenostomy for Duodenal (d2) Peptic Stricture
  • A Case of Billroth II Converted to Gastric Bypass

  • Getting the Gist of Minimally Invasive Gastric Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor Excision: A Series of Various Subtypes
  • Endoluminal Vacuum Assisted Treatment for Large Esophageal Perforation after Type IV Paraesophageal Hernia Repair
