Deadline Is August 16 to Apply for Oral Exam Prep Course

Registration remains open for the virtual ACS General Surgery Oral Examination Prep Course, with two virtual courses from which to choose—September 6 and September 10. Don’t delay, the deadline to apply is August 16.

The 1-day virtual course helps prepare candidates for the General Surgery Certifying Examination. The course focuses on the cognitive elements of responding to examination questions, applying decision-making algorithms, and conveying care plans with key decision points and rationale. Each participant will complete three, 30-minute oral examinations with three different pairs of expert faculty members who provide individualized verbal and written feedback.
