The recently launched ACS Quality Framework is a set of criteria that provides specific guidance to help all hospitals, including those participating in ACS Quality Programs, successfully complete their QI projects. The ACS Quality Framework provides guidance on:

• Organizing the implementation of QI projects
• Facilitating the execution of more comprehensive and effective projects
• Supporting the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of these projects

The ACS held an informative webinar earlier this summer, which taught participants how to successfully implement this new resource for future QI initiatives—and it is now available to view for free on the ACS website.
