Creating Culture in the Workplace – The White Board and Professional Time Out

Creating a culture of well-being in the workplace can happen at all organizational levels. The White Board and Professional Time Out (PTO) concepts developed by Susan Mackinnon, MD, FACS, are practice tools that are especially useful for multidisciplinary teams.
