The ACS and the 15 cosponsoring surgery organizations offer annual Health Policy Scholarships to subsidize attendance and participation in the Executive Leadership Program in Health Policy and Management at Brandeis University.

This intensive 1-week program, June 3–8, 2024, in Wellesley, Massachusetts, equips health leaders with the knowledge and skills essential for creating innovative and sustainable solutions to improve the quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of health care service delivery, as well as for participating in health care policy and reform.

The ACS itself is offering two Health Policy Scholarships for General Surgeons.  In addition, one award each is available in partnership with other surgical societies in 2024:

Applications are due Friday, March 1. Visit the Health Policy Scholarships web page for application requirements, and contact the Scholarships Administrator at scholarships@facs.org for more information.
