From lessons learned to boundaries, compassion, empathy, the influence of being a surgeon caregiver, career trajectory, and more, Melissa Red Hoffman, MD, FACS, and Rohan Jerayajah, MD, FACS, shared their experiences and perspectives as surgeons and caregivers. Carla Haack, MD, FACS, moderated the discussion.
