Surgeons Sowing Hope: Dr. Amy Hildreth

With Surgeons Sowing Hope as the theme of her presidential year, Julie A. Freischlag, MD, FACS, DFSVS, is asking ACS members how they are sowing hope. Dr. Freischlag recently spoke with Amy N. Hildreth, MD, FACS, director for residency program in surgical sciences at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, and President of the ACS North Carolina Chapter, who spoke on improving resident wellness and getting patients back to surgery.
