The Commission on Cancer (CoC) Cancer Liaison Program is now accepting nominations, due Wednesday, June 5, for the annual Cancer Liaison Physician (CLP) Outstanding Performance Award program.
A CLP is an integral and required member of a CoC-accredited cancer program’s cancer committee who fills the role of a physician quality leader. He or she is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and presenting National Cancer Database data specific to the cancer program and is present during CoC site visits, among other key responsibilities.
Those chosen to receive the CLP Outstanding Performance Award will receive a plaque and will be recognized in the ACS Cancer Programs publications, the October CoC Plenary Session, and more.
