Clinical Congress

Take Advantage of Special Registration Rates for Clinical Congress by Wednesday 

October 10, 2023

In addition to the impressive educational program slated for the October 22–25 Clinical Congress 2023 in Boston, Massachusetts, the ACS has several special events and activities planned for attendees. Make sure to register by tomorrow, October 11, to receive an advanced registration discount, then mark your calendar for these special events.

Convocation
The Convocation Ceremony, 6:00–8:00 pm EST Sunday, October 22, confers Fellowship upon surgeons who have successfully met requirements that reflect their education and training and commit to the ACS oath “To Heal All with Skill and Trust.” The ceremony also includes recognition of the Honorary Fellows, presentation of the Distinguished Service Award, installation of the ACS Officers, and the Presidential Address.

Opening Ceremony
Join us on Monday at 8:00 am CT for the Opening Ceremony. The President presides and introduces the Honorary Fellows along with more award recipients.

Annual Business Meeting of Members
The Annual Business Meeting of Members will be Wednesday, October 25 from 4:15–5:15 pm EST, and will include reports from College leadership, presentation of resident awards, and the introduction of the President-Elect.

Exhibits
More than 140 companies will put on display the latest innovations in surgery and patient care at Clinical Congress.

ACS Central
Visit ACS Central and grab a set of ACS-branded gear, then learn about the latest College programs and services.

Social & Wellness Events
Social and wellness events for Clinical Congress 2023 will include the popular Taste of the City, yoga, guided running tours, and a step challenge.

History of Surgery Poster Sessions
The History of Surgery Poster Sessions will highlight the rich history of surgery. Posters will be presented by Fellows, residents, and students.
