Attending Clinical Congress gives access to a wide range of programming, including select content in a virtual, on-demand format, which will remain available for access until May 1, 2024.
More than 100 Panel Sessions include several dedicated to core general surgery topics, including diverticulitis, appendicitis, and much more. Perennial conference favorite 10 Hot Topics in Surgery will return as well and, for the first time, Clinical Congress 2023 will include the pro/con debate session on inguinal hernia management and management of cholecystitis.
In addition, the conference will have Didactic and Skills Postgraduate Courses (separate ticket required for each course), Meet-the-Expert Sessions, and Town Halls, among other events.
Eminent surgeons and healthcare experts will deliver this year’s always-popular Named Lectures, and the expansive Scientific Forum offers the opportunity to learn about the latest high-quality, in-progress scientific and academic surgery reports, including updates on High Impact Clinical Trials & Studies.
Two immersive hands-on education labs return this year with the ACS Surgical Metrics Project and Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic, where surgeons can experience the decision-making tools and ergonomics practices and tips that can help them improve their practice and well-being.
All programming comes with the backdrop of Boston, one of the oldest municipalities in the US and recognized as a hub of history, art, culture, and innovation. Boston’s updated Convention Center, new hotels, and restaurants make it the perfect place to host this premier surgical meeting.
