Act by September 30 to Take Advantage of Hotel Discounts for Clinical Congress

Clinical Congress 2024, October 19–22 in San Francisco, California, is quickly approaching. If you are planning to attend the meeting in person, hotel reservations are now being accepted through onPeak, the official housing provider for the ACS. Booking by the September 30 deadline offers the peace of mind that comes with securing a preferred room at the best price.

After this date, room discounts may no longer be available. You will be able to make a reservation through onPeak, but it will be at the rate set by the hotel.

Approximately 20 hotels are available. Booking through onPeak allows you to collect rewards points for hotel loyalty programs, and every reservation made through onPeak supports the ACS’s ability to negotiate the best rates in popular destinations.

This year’s conference will have several exciting changes and additions, starting with a new and convenient Saturday to Tuesday footprint. There is also thematic, specialty, and multidisciplinary content during the conference’s first 2 days.

Additionally, surgeons can look forward to the always-impressive Convocation welcoming new Fellows, more than 100 Panel Sessions covering clinical and non-clinical topics of interest, and dozens of Meet-the-Expert Sessions, Townhalls, Video-Based Education Session, and more.

For in-person attendees only, the interactive Surgical Ergonomics Clinic and Surgical Metrics Project will return to Exhibit Floor and give surgeons the opportunity to take part in research and receiving personalized feedback.
