In addition to the world-class surgical education program offered at Clinical Congress 2022, October 16–20 in San Diego, CA, this year, the ACS has planned special events and activities to enhance your conference experience and help you reconnect with colleagues.
Hands-On Activities
Ergonomics Clinic | October 17-19
Exhibit Hall
Surgeons face unique ergonomic challenges that if not addressed can lead to pain, disability, or practice-ending injury. This 30-minute clinic will feature three simulation stations with open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery equipment that offer hands-on learning experiences in surgical ergonomics that can help guide positive decisions to ensure physical well-being. Sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
Surgical Metrics Project | October 17–19
Exhibit Hall
Returning from Clinical Congress 2019 after a successful inaugural event, the Surgical Metrics Project allows you to explore wearable technology that digitizes your surgical actions and decisions. You can then compare your approaches to those included in a database of master surgeons. This event is open to all surgeons and career stages.
