The print edition of the February 2019 Bulletin article, “Legal and financial models for public-private partnerships: Making global outreach more feasible,” contained two errors.
A sentence on page 46 should have read, “Generally, investors use these criteria to determine whether to withdraw from an agreement or not to invest in ventures that have ties to industries such as tobacco, conflict diamonds, and petroleum products.” Also, the correct name of USAID is U.S. Agency for International Development.
In addition, Dr. Sarkar’s author bio should have indicated that she is the general counsel of Millennium Partners, Charlottesville, VA. The editors regret the errors.
