CoC Releases Updated Accreditation Standards

February 8, 2024

The CoC released the latest update to its 2020 accreditation standards, Optimal Resources for Cancer Care (2020 Standards) on February 1. This update provides clarification edits for several standards, and general updates to language and terminology for CoC accreditation. The updated version is available on the CoC website and an updated changelog with full details is also available for download.

Questions regarding the CoC accreditation standards should be submitted through the CAnswer Forum.

New Prostate Cancer Awareness Month Marketing Tools Available

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. According to the American Cancer Society Cancer Facts & Figures 2023, there will be an estimated 288,300 new cases of prostate cancer diagnosed in the US and 34,700 men will die from the disease this year.
