Cancer Surgery Standards Program

Survey to Assess Surgeons’ Knowledge and Awareness of the CoC Operative Standards

The Cancer Surgery and Standards Program (CSSP) Education Committee have developed a survey with the purpose of reassessing surgeons’ knowledge of the Commission on Cancer’s (CoC) Operative Standards 5.3 through 5.8 published in the Optimal Resources for Cancer Care (2020 Standards). These survey responses will evaluate prior educational efforts and identify opportunities for resources to support the surgical community in implementing these standards. Please share this survey with the surgeons at your institution. We anticipate this anonymous survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The aggregated responses will be shared within the CSSP and the surgical community at large. Please submit your response no later than Friday, February 24.
