ACS NNRT Seeks Feedback on New Billing Codes

The American Cancer Society National Navigation Roundtable (ACS NNRT) is gathering feedback through  this brief survey regarding users’ experiences with the new billing codes, developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS/PIN Codes) and the American Medical Association (AMA/ CPT Codes), to support reimbursement for patient navigation services.

The ACS NNRT will use the information gathered via the survey to develop recommendations to improve design and uptake of these codes, which will be shared with CMS in response to a Request for Information. The survey is designed to gather feedback from all institutions that operate patient navigation programs, whether or not they are currently implementing the new codes.

Team members at the same institution should coordinate responses and submit a single response to the survey to avoid duplication. The survey deadline is August 15.
