American Cancer Society Update

October 5, 2023

The 2023 annual meeting of the American Cancer Society National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable is scheduled for November 15–17 in Houston, TX. Each year the Roundtable membership, a collaboration of more than 200 medical, advocacy, government, and corporate organizations, convenes to work together on shared goals to increase colorectal cancer screening awareness and utilization, thereby reducing deaths from this highly preventable and curable disease. The event features presentations by nationally known experts, thought leaders, and decision makers on colorectal cancer screening policy and delivery, with opportunities to network and learn from each other.

The 2023 annual meeting of National Lung Cancer Roundtable is scheduled for December 4–5 in Washington, DC. Roundtable members work to ensure that no one is disadvantaged in their fight against lung cancer because of socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, insurance status, or place of residence.
