Quality Portal Downtime in December

October 17, 2024

ACS Information Technology operations will be conducting an upgrade of the Quality Portal (QPort), the main interface for accredited programs to access accreditation materials and processes. The upgrade will address known functionality issues and result in faster load times, more efficient processing, and improved overall user experience.

From December 5-9, QPort will be inaccessible. While programs can continue to access the ACS website, any functionality requiring a single sign-on (SSO) or user login will be unavailable. CoC, NAPBC, and NAPRC accredited programs scheduled to undergo site visits or submit Pre-Review Questionnaires (PRQ) and corrective actions during this time will be contacted directly in the coming weeks with a reminder.

The deadline for any PRQs or corrective actions scheduled between December 5-9 will automatically be extended by one week. While a program's primary contact will still receive notifications stating that the PRQ is set to close on its original due date, these notifications are sent automatically based on the site visit date, and do not account for this extension. You may ignore these notifications.

Contact coc@facs.og, napbc@facs.org, or naprc@facs.org with any accreditation specific questions related to this issue.
