Save the Date for the 2024 Surgical Simulation Summit

The ACS will host the 17th Annual Surgical Simulation Summit on Thursday, March 14 – Friday, March 15, 2024 at the Swissôtel in downtown Chicago, IL.  Based on feedback from attendees, the meeting is being condensed to two days and will no longer offer content on Saturday. We are also planning a more interactive program for 2024 that will feature hands-on workshops, special interest sessions, concurrent programming, wellness opportunities, and plenty of time for networking. For those of you who serve on ACS-AEI committees, dedicated meeting time will be provided.

The meeting will continue to highlight the best simulation education and training research in the field. Anyone who is involved in simulation-based education or surgical simulation based-training is encouraged to submit an abstract(s) for consideration. The abstract submission site will open on Monday, June 5, 2023.  

Much more news is to come on the 2024 Summit, including our outstanding lineup of speakers and sessions, so stay tuned and save these dates on your calendars! Registration will open in December, and the website will continue to be updated as meeting details are announced.
