The Bellingham Regional Breast Center provides comprehensive care for the patient with a breast concern. Dr. Kaufman is the Medical Director of the Center, the only center of its type north of Seattle. Dr. Kaufman is the past chairman of the NAPBC and past president of the NCBC.
