Biography

Dr. Ford is a member of the full time faculty of the Howard University College of Medicine in the Department of Surgery. She is a Colon and Rectal Surgeon. Her surgical practice is located in the Ambulatory Towers affiliated with the University. She is an expert in the management of diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. Her special areas of interest are: colon, rectal and anal cancer; ulcerative colitis; Crohn's Disease; benign anorectal diseases; screening for colon and rectal cancer; and endoscopy. Her practice is located in a large urban population and her patients are very diverse.
