ADULT AND PEDIATRIC UROLOGY - Dr. Hoang's Care Philosophy - My professional mission/goal is to continually provide you with urological care that is clinically-beneficial, surgically-skilled, scientifically learned and supported, technologically up-to-date, and humanly rich, warm and trustworthy. I emphasize a team-approach which includes our clerical staff, office medical assistant staff, office administrator/manager, and urologist-physicians who take pride in our work. We all enjoy working together and we think we provide better care and service because we work as a team. I enjoy my work knowing that I can be of help. As a urologist/urological surgeon, I treat conditions of the male genitalia system, and the male and female urinary tract system. This includes problems that range from urination difficulty due to an enlarged prostate (BPH) and/or bladder problems, to kidney stones, to cancers of any of the genitourinary organs/structures (kidney, ureters, bladder, prostate, urethra, testes, penis). Women's conditions of urinary incontinence and bladder-voiding problems are also particular interests of my practice. Providing care for patients with spinal cord conditions with associated bladder/voiding problems is an important interest of my practice. For nearly all conditions, my focus is initially on non-surgical/medical therapies or management, and to use minimally-invasive treatments including endoscopic and laparoscopic approaches when needed.
