Felix Lui, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in trauma, surgical critical care, emergency and elective general surgery, re-operative surgery, sepsis and resuscitation, and shock. Dr. Lui’s research interests include shock physiology, trauma resuscitation, pediatric trauma, surgical infections, surgical education and addressing bioethical issues in medicine. Dr. Lui serves as the director of Yale School of Medicine’s Surgery Clerkship Program, as well as subinternships and electives in Surgery. Dr. Lui is an associate professor of surgery (trauma) at Yale School of Medicine. He instructs American College of Surgeons (ACS) courses on advanced trauma life support and Society for Critical Care Medicine courses on fundamentals of critical care support.
