Enrique Rijo Mora, MD FACS

Dr. Enrique Rijo completed his Urology residency in the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona (Spain) in 2011, where he worked as a Consultant Urologist and Associate Professor of Urology of the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona until 2015. He obtained his doctoral degree from the University of Barcelona in 2017 and received the “Best Thesis Award” from the Spanish Association of Urology. He has worked at the Quirón Barcelona Hospital for the last 10 years and currently at the Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona, ​​Spain. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Rijo is specialized in BPH surgery and has extensive experience in laser endoscopic enucleation of the prostate and other minimally invasive techniques (HoLEP, GreenLight, Rezum, i-TIND and Aquablation).
