Data Submission

*As a reminder, there will be NO Call for Data for diagnosis year 2023 cases this coming March 2025. Sites will be expected to meet the 90% goal by submitting monthly their newly diagnosed or updated cases up to and including all of diagnosis year 2023 free from NCDB edits by 11:59 pm CT on December 31, 2024.

• Please ensure RCRS uploader access is available. The primary contact will need to submit a request for access, if needed, by December 15th.
